    Windows support for the Local Shell connection (platform-aware shell auto-selection; PowerShell invoked via -NoProfile -EncodedCommand with exit code and working directory reported through a BOM-less UTF-8 temp file, since fd 3 does not exist on Windows). Panic log moved out of /tmp into the plugin data directory with 0700/0600 permissions. Display name is now NintyShell.
