  Navigation overhaul: one Dev Tools workbench entry with an in-plugin sidebar — home, search with clear button, favorites, recently used and a collapsible all-tools group; the sidebar itself collapses to an icon rail. Favorites are pinned to a dedicated home section and reorderable by drag-and-drop in both places, with proper drag ghosts and grip affordances. Quick-fav stars on every tool row including search results, clear-recent action, and a hand-drawn lucide-style SVG icon set replacing emoji. Still ~120KB, fully offline.
