Adds an MCP tool surface: the plugin now implements the DBX mcp/tools and mcp/call methods and exposes nine read-only tools (environment overview, environments, stacks, containers, container search, database discovery with connection parameters, container inspect, container logs with range/tail/timestamp/search, container stats). Containers can be addressed by name or id. Also ships a reusable, dependency-free MCP support package (backend/mcp) for other plugins. Everything remains read-only.
