权限申报修复（商店审核）：补充申报 host.binary，用于打开输出目录与内置目录选择器这两处固定程序的子进程调用；ZIP 条目权限位改为 0644/0755，解包无需再 chmod；内置运行时固定为官方 Node.js v24.21.0 win-x64 发行版并在 versions.json 记录校验值。功能同 0.1.8：本地转换 Word / PDF / PPT / Excel / CSV / EPUB 等 24 种格式为 Markdown 与结构化 JSON；扫描版 PDF 可选接入 MinerU 官方 API 或百度 OCR，失败可保留原始文件直接重试。
